City of Spokane considers increases in impact fees

The City of Spokane is considering a large increases in user fees. (Full Planning Commission report here )

In some cases, rates may go down. But on the South Hill they will nearly double, while a new fee for the West Plains will be well over $1,000 per new construction project.

The Planning Commission is set to hear a review of the increases July 24^th, with a hearing set for August 14^th.

Final adoption is set by the council sometime after September, 2019.
